In this 12-oz bag of “monsooned” processed roasted whole coffee beans you will find flavors of some bitter-sweet sugars, earthy roast tones, mild tobacco flavors with a creamy body and medium acidity.  This is an extremely pungent cup that is not for those who like a “clean” cup, or sweet coffees.

This is an ideal coffee for espresso but will work great with other brewing methods.
